Students in Stage 4 & 5 (Years 7-10) access the curriculum directly through Woniora Road School teachers.
The Stage 4 & 5 lessons are timetabled so that students can engage in both group learning and direct instruction from a class teacher in a shared physical space.
All of our Stage 6 (Year 11 & Year 12) students have a dual enrolment with Sydney Distance Education High School. This is so that students have access to mainstream curriculum that works towards the completion of the HSC.
Learning through SDEHS is conducted through a blend of online lessons, written materials, web lessons, email and phone lessons. The teaching staff at Woniora Road School support engagement in this program through a number of different ways, such as tutorial classes, one-to-one support, study skills and close collaboration with the Distance Education teachers.
